果酸(又称羟基乙酸,AHA)是指一系列α位有羟基的羧酸的统称.果酸通过使表皮重塑、脱落加速、促正常角化和抑制黑素形成等生物学效应而在临床实践中得到广泛应用.果酸可用于痤疮、黄褐斑、光老化等疾病的治疗.果酸最常见的不良反应为局部刺激和过敏反应,可使患者依从性下降.在临床应用中需严格掌握果酸治疗所需浓度及治疗持续时间,积极预防相关不良反应.本文就果酸的临床应用进行综述.“,”Alpha hydroxy acids(AHA) is the mutual name of a series of carboxylic acid with hydroxy in α-position.The biological effects of AHA are to make the epidermis reshape,peel off,accelerate,promote normal keratinization and inhibit the formation of melanin.It is the most popular chemical compounds for chemical peels in the present.It can be used for the treatment of acne,melasma,photoaging and so on. The most common adverse effects of AHA are local irritation and anaphylaxis,which can decrease the compliance of patients.In the clinical application,we need to strictly control the concentration and duration of the treatment,and prevent the adverse reactions.In this review,we discussed the clinical application of AHA.
