在海南这个岛屿上聚居着很多的民族,他们一起生活在这里,从海南的历史演变来看,随着经济的不断发展以及族群势力的此消彼长等多种因素,各个族群在海南岛上不断地在进行着迁徙和流动,他们在进行迁徙或流动的过程中,有着明显的族群印迹。从海南岛的族群流动特点来看,隋唐至明清时期是海南岛族群流动最为频繁的时期,本文就隋唐至明清时期海南历史发展过程中的族群流动成因及其基本情况进行研究和探讨。
