目的 了解电解铝厂工人职业性慢性肌肉骨胳损伤 (CMI)患病情况及其危险因素。方法 采用横断面现况调查问卷与临床检查相结合的方法对各有关危险因素进行逐一询问及CMI诊断。结果 电解铝厂工人总体CMI患病率为 62 5 % ,各车间不同工种工人CMI患病率差异无显著意义 ,但均高于对照组 ( 2 8 5 % )。多因素Logistic回归分析提示 ,CMI患病与性别、年龄、身高、文化程度、婚姻状况、子女数、工作紧张度、工作疲劳感及既往疾病史有关。结论 采取改善作业方式、降低工作和家庭劳动负荷以及有关社会心理压力等措施是减低CMI患病的重要途径
Objective To understand the prevalence and risk factors of occupational chronic musculoskeletal injury (CMI) in aluminum foundry workers. Methods Cross-sectional questionnaire and clinical examination combined with the methods of each of the risk factors were asked one by one and CMI diagnosis. Results The overall CMI prevalence of electrolytic aluminum factory workers was 62.5%. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of CMI between different types of workers in the workshops, but both were higher than that of the control group (285%). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the prevalence of CMI was related to gender, age, height, education level, marital status, number of children, work stress, work fatigue and past medical history. Conclusions Measures taken to reduce the risk of CMI by taking measures such as improving working methods, reducing workload at work and family and stress on social psychology
