目的 探讨睫状神经营养因子对应激引起行为障碍的作用。方法 采用 open field测定 ,观察急性和慢性足底电击应激大鼠的 open field行为变化 ,及双侧海马注射睫状神经营养因子对其影响。结果 急性应激大鼠 open field行为活动增加 ,慢性应激大鼠 open field行为活动减少 ;睫状神经营养因子对对照组大鼠和急性应激大鼠的 open field行为无明显作用 ,但可显著改善慢性应激大鼠的行为障碍。结论 适宜浓度的睫状神经营养因子可改善慢性应激大鼠的行为障碍
Objective To explore the effect of ciliary neurotrophic factor on behavioral disturbance caused by stress. Methods The open field assay was used to observe the changes of open field behavior in acute and chronic foot shock rats and the effect of bilateral ciliary neurotrophic factor injection. Results The activity of open field in acute stress rats increased and the activity of open field in chronic stress rats decreased. Ciliary neurotrophic factor had no significant effect on the open field behavior of rats in control group and acute stress rats, but significant Improve behavioral disorders in chronic stress rats. Conclusion Ciliary neurotrophic factor at a suitable concentration can improve behavioral disorders in chronic stress rats
