马家岩水库为浆砌石重力坝,地面以上坝高为97m,砌石和上游面板施工到地面40m后,因同时施工相互影响面板停止施工,以砌石为主。未完成面板施工为50m的坡比1:0.15的悬空作业,面板伸缩缝为9m一道。施工中采用3m×4.1m大模板悬空固定,模板背面固定安全架,浇筑采用料斗和串桶垂直下料,经过4个月的施工完成面板浇筑。此条件下该方案与采用爬模、滑模和满堂脚手架方案相比降低15%和20%的成本。
The Majiayan Reservoir is a masonry gravity dam with a height of 97m above the ground. After the masonry and the upstream faceplate are constructed to the ground surface of 40m, the construction will be stopped due to the mutual influence of the construction panels, with masonry as the mainstay. Unfinished panel construction for the 50m slope ratio 1: 0.15 dangling operations, panel expansion joint 9m together.
