体表电位标测(body surface poten-tial mapping,BSPM)通过在人体躯干表面放置的多数电极获得心动周期中各瞬间体表电位空间分布,并以体表等电位图等形式表达心脏各部分兴奋与恢复的过程,从而对心脏的某些机能状态进行诊断,是继心电图、心向量图之后又一种新的无损伤心电诊断技术。一、BSPM的方法学1.BSPM的基本构成分为模拟和数字两部分。模拟部分包括电极系统、模拟放大器、采样保持电路及A/D转换电路。数字部分包括主机、接口电路、外设及体表电位软件包。来自体表电极的电信号由计算机收集与处理。采样率一般为500—1000帧/s。采样保持电路能确保每帧采样数据是同一心搏、同一时刻的信号。以Wilson中心电端作为电压基准,标准Ⅱ导联的QRS起始时刻作为时间基准。采样范围是1.5—2s,其间至少包括一个完整的心动周期。电位图由计算机经数据处理后在打印机或绘图仪上输出。数据存入磁盘可长期保存。
