自我国踏入21世纪以来,供电公司已经开始建设全面预算的管理体系,但是由于全面预算体系来源于西方国家,与我国供电公司的现状不相符,因此,全面预算管理的发展还不是十分完善。本文对我国H供电公司的全面预算管理现状进行阐述。以H供电公司为例,探讨供电公司全面预算管理运行中存在的问题,并得出解决对策。
Since China entered the 21st century, the power supply company has begun to build a comprehensive budget management system. However, due to the fact that the overall budget system originates from western countries and does not match the current situation of China’s power supply companies, the development of comprehensive budget management is not yet perfect. This article elaborates the status quo of the overall budget management of the H power supply company in our country. Taking H power supply company as an example, this paper discusses the problems existing in the overall budget management and operation of power supply companies, and gives some solutions.
