党的群众路线是党在我国长期的革命与建设实践中充实完善起来优良传统,是党取得新民主主义革命、社会主义建设及社会主义改革等一系列胜利的重要保障。同时,群众路线在现代化建设及构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中也发挥重大作用。但是,新的历史时期、复杂多变的国内外环境对党群众路线的贯穿实践提出了新的历史性的要求。石油奉献精神是建国以来,我国优秀、勤劳、忠诚、乐于奉献的石油人在石油建设实践中展现出来的,以大庆精神、胜利精神等为代表的民族优秀品质。本文详细介绍了石油奉献精神的深刻内涵,分析研究了丰富党的群众路线的必要性,提出了将石油奉献精神引入群众路线实践的几种途径。
The party’s mass line is a fine tradition that the party has enriched and perfected in our long-term revolution and construction practice and is an important guarantee for the party in its triumph over the new-democratic revolution, socialist construction and socialist reform. At the same time, the mass line has also played an important role in the process of modernization and building a socialist harmonious society. However, in the new historical period, the complicated and ever-changing environment at home and abroad has put forward new historic requirements for the practice of the party-mass line. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the oil dedication has been demonstrated by the oil people in our country who are excellent, industrious, loyal and dedicated to the outstanding achievements of the nation, represented by Daqing spirit and triumph spirit. This article details the profound connotation of the dedication of petroleum, analyzes and studies the necessity of enriching the mass line of the party, and puts forward several ways to introduce the dedication of petroleum into the practice of mass line.
