针对带式输送机张紧装置的设计进行了动态分析,提出了利用电机电流识别载荷的原理,并提出了液压绞车动态张紧装置的设计方案,此方案稳定性较好,响应速度快。
According to the dynamic analysis of the design of the belt conveyor tensioner, the principle of using the motor current to identify the load is put forward and the design scheme of the dynamic tensioner of the hydraulic winch is put forward. The scheme has good stability and fast response.
