〕目的:了解锌在正畸牙周组织改建中的作用。方法:利用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定在不同时间内,兔牙加力侧与自体非加力侧牙周组织及正畸矫治前后血清锌含量。结果:①在实验的第7d,加力侧牙周组织内锌含量增加显著(P<0.05);②血清锌在正畸加力后第3天下降明显,第5天基本恢复正常。结论:牙周组织中锌含量变化与牙齿移动过程中组织反应程度有关,锌参与了正畸牙周组织改建活动。
Objective: To understand the role of zinc in orthodontic periodontal remodeling. Methods: AAS was used to determine the content of serum zinc in periodontal tissue and autograft non-periarterial periodontal tissue before and after orthodontic treatment in different time. Results: ① On the 7th day of experiment, the content of zinc in periodontal tissues increased significantly (P <0.05); ② Serum zinc decreased significantly on the 3rd day after orthodontic force and returned to normal on the 5th day. Conclusion: The change of zinc content in periodontal tissue is related to the degree of tissue reaction during tooth movement. Zinc participates in remodeling activity of periodontal tissue.
