在航空发动机、燃气轮机、电机等机械性能的测试中,各性能参数对转速的特性曲线及流量的精确测量占有很重要的地位。如何提高转速、流量等低频信号的测量精度一直是测试工作者努力的目标。随着测试自动化技术的发展,对频率信号的联机处理(频率量通道)各单位也正在努力解决。本文介绍一种用Z-80微处理机CTC 时钟芯片作为频率量通道的技术和用TP801Z-80单板机实现转速、流量等低频信号精确测量的方法。这种方法大大简化了硬件设计,充分发挥了软件程编灵活、易变的特点,并且具有记忆、计算等功能,测量精度高,测试时间短,满足了对发动机转速、流量等低频信号的测量要求。
