目的了解北京市2015年放射工作人员外照射剂量水平,巩固和促进个人剂量监测工作的发展,为加强科学管理提供依据。方法使用热释光法定期监测,建立Acess个人剂量数据库并使用TLPs软件进行统计分析,依据国家法律法规和技术规范进行评价。结果北京市2015年集体有效剂量为2.44人·Sv,人均年有效剂量为0.18mSv/a,人均年有效剂量位于探测下限MDL(0.068 mSv/a)以下、MDL~1 mSv/a、1~5 mSv/a和5~10 mSv/a的人数分别占总监测人数的74%、25.2%、1.2%和0.10%,≥10 mSv/a的人数为零。结论本市绝大多数放射工作人员的个人剂量水平较低,所处放射工作环境是安全的;还应进一步加强放射防护知识的宣传与培训。
Objective To understand the radiation dose level of radioactive workers in Beijing in 2015 and to consolidate and promote the development of personal dose monitoring so as to provide the basis for strengthening scientific management. Methods The method of thermoluminescence was used to monitor regularly. Acess personal dose database was established and analyzed by TLPs software. The results were evaluated according to national laws and regulations and technical specifications. Results The effective dose of Beijing was 2.44 people · Sv in 2015, and the annual average effective dose per person was 0.18mSv / a. The annual per capita effective dose was below MDL (0.068 mSv / a), MDL ~ 1 mSv / a, 1-5 The number of mSv / a and 5 ~ 10 mSv / a accounted for 74%, 25.2%, 1.2% and 0.10% respectively of the total number of persons surveyed, and the number of persons ≥10 mSv / a was zero. Conclusion Most radiation workers in this city have a lower individual dose level and work in a safe radiation environment. Information and training on radiological protection should be further strengthened.
