In the process of uranium mining, the factors that endanger the physical health of the majority of miners are mainly mineral dust, alfalfa and its daughter products. Inhalation of a certain amount of silica dust can cause silicosis. Inhalation of a certain amount of uranium ore dust can also cause varying degrees of damage. A lot of published materials, but the conclusions are not consistent. As for the specificity of uranium miners’ lungs, there are some studies at home and abroad. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the role of uranium ore dust on the body of rats and provide reference materials for protecting the health of uranium mining workers and for safe production. Therefore, this article focuses on the effects of high-grade uranium ore powder on general health, liver and kidney in rats.
