介绍了一种高效的加工薄壁长筒件新工艺———双刀切削的工艺特点及专用机床,对影响这一工艺的导向消振问题进行分析。实验证实了这一工艺的可行性及良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces a new efficient process for processing thin-walled long cylinder parts --- the technical characteristics of double-pole cutting and the special machine tool, and analyzes the problems of the steering vibration-damping affecting this process. Experiments confirmed the feasibility of this process and good application prospects.
