本文运用问卷调查法、数理统计法,对包头市高校教师的参与体育健身现状进行抽样调查,对这个群体参与体育健身现状、活动场所、锻炼形式、参与体育锻炼原因进行调查和分析,并针对性提出对策与建议。结果表明:包头市高校体育教师的自我体育锻炼意识较低,体育人口率较低,参加体育锻炼的主要场所多选择在学校体育场和绿地、公园等地方,在选择健身项目上注重集体性与个体化相结合,既具有较强的合作意识又兼顾自己的兴趣和实际需要等。 This paper uses the questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to survey the status quo of college gym teachers participating in physical fitness in Baotou, investigate and analyze the reasons why the group is involved in physical fitness status, activity places, exercise forms and participation in physical exercise.
