为研究人工栽培的冬虫夏草子实体对生殖系统的作用 ,将 37只 10周龄SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组 ,A组为正常对照组 ,按常规饲养 ;B、C、D 3组在饲料中加入腺嘌呤 ( 30 0mg/kg·d- 1 )造成大鼠睾丸功能障碍 ,其中C、D两组同时给予北冬虫夏草子实体细粉、复合粉 (虫草素、虫草酸含量较高 )模拟治疗 ;E组在与A组同法饲养的基础上 ,加用北冬虫夏草子实体复合粉。 30d后 ,处死全部实验动物 ,并以组织学及组织化学定量的方法观察动物睾丸的结构变化及与激素合成有关酶 (SDH、3β -HSD)的活性。结果 :与A组相比 ,B组大鼠睾丸生精细胞数与精子数明显减少 ,SDH、3β -HSD活性下降 ;C、D2组酶活性增强 ,精细胞数与精子数接近正常 ,其中D组优于C组 ;E组动物上述两项指标优于A组 ,但无统计学差异。提示 :北冬虫夏草子实体能增强睾丸的生精与内分泌功能 ,对腺嘌呤引起睾丸功能障碍大鼠的作用尤为明显。
In order to study the effects of artificially cultivated Cordyceps sinensis fruit body on the reproductive system, 37 10-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into groups A, B, C, D, and E. Group A was a normal control group and was reared as usual; B In group A, C, and D, adenine (300 mg/kg·d-1) was added to the feed to cause testicular dysfunction in rats, and C and D groups were given both Cordyceps militaris powder and compound powder (Cordyceps sinensis). Cordyceps acid was higher in the simulation treatment; in group E, Cordyceps militaris fruit body composite powder was added on the basis of feeding in the same way as in group A. After 30 days, all experimental animals were sacrificed, and the histological and histochemical quantitative methods were used to observe the structural changes of the testes and the activities of enzymes involved in hormone synthesis (SDH, 3β-HSD). RESULTS: Compared with group A, the number of spermatogenic cells and spermatozoa decreased significantly in group B, and the activity of SDH and 3β-HSD decreased; the activity of enzymes in groups C and D2 increased, and the number of sperm cells and the number of sperm were close to normal. The group was superior to the C group; in the E group, the above two indicators were better than the A group, but there was no statistical difference. Tip: Cordyceps militaris fruit body can enhance the spermatogenesis and endocrine function of the testis, especially for adenine-induced testicular dysfunction in rats.
