穗莞深城际轨道东江北干流特大桥76号墩采用钢板桩围堰的施工方案。通过采用引孔开槽、设置钢筋混凝土稳定桩、托底内支撑分层下放、引孔槽同步注浆封堵等技术措施,突破了深水(抽水水头18.5m)和硬岩两大技术难题,使深水岩层钢板桩围堰成功实施,相比双壁钢围堰大大节约了施工成本,可作为将来深水围堰施工的参考。
Construction Scheme of Using Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdams at No. 76 Pier of Dongjiang North Mainstream Bridge in Suiwan Deep Inter - city Railway. The technical problems of deepwater (pumping head of 18.5m) and hard rock are solved through the adoption of technical measures such as drilling of holes, setting of reinforced concrete stabilizing piles, stratification of inner supports of bottom support, and simultaneous grouting of pilot hole slots, The successful implementation of the steel sheet cofferdam in deep water rock formations greatly saves the construction cost compared with double-walled steel cofferdam, which can be used as reference for the construction of deep-water cofferdam in the future.
