信息技术与教育的深度融合是当前教育信息化的必然要求和选择。教师在线实践社区COP是基于网络平台的教师在线学习型组织,在信息化环境中,它能提升教师实践性知识和专业能力。就课堂教学评价方面,项目中的聚焦式课堂观察方式能有效地记录、处理和分析教学过程中的数据,将教师的隐形知识外显化,用于描述课堂教学的真实情况,进而对课堂教学进行定量与定性分析。本文结合笔者所在COP项目各阶段的课堂观察的分析情况,对如何优化课堂教学进行探讨。
The in-depth integration of information technology and education is the inevitable requirement and choice of current educational informationization. Teacher Online Practice Community COP is an online learning organization based on online platform of teachers, which can enhance teachers’ practical knowledge and professional ability in the information environment. In terms of classroom teaching evaluation, the focused classroom observation method in the project can effectively record, process and analyze the data in the teaching process, make explicit the teachers’ invisible knowledge, and describe the real situation of the classroom teaching, so as to further improve the classroom teaching Quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the analysis of the classroom observation at various stages of the COP project where the author is, this paper discusses how to optimize classroom teaching.
