目的:分析同一项目在不同仪器的检测结果是否具有可比性。评价4种血细胞分析仪测定结果的准确性和一致性。方法:以日本SYSMEX公司生产的XE-2100为目标仪器,XE-5000、XN-2000和深圳迈瑞公司生产的BC-6800为实验仪器。采用中、低值标准血细胞质控品每天一次对4台仪器进行质控,连续统计30天,评价仪器的精密度;每天随机选取标本8例,共测定5天,测定白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)和血小板(PLT),计算实验仪器和目标仪器之间的相对偏差,并判断结果之间的可比性。结果四台仪器的质控统计结果显示,精密度和稳定性均很好,变异系数(CV)均小于1/3CLIA’88;比对结果显示实验仪器和目标仪器之间各项指标的相对偏差符合标准,在1/2CLIA’88允许总误差范围之内,各项检测项目之间有很好的相关性,r均大于0.975。结论:4种全自动血细胞分析仪测定结果之间有较好的可比性。
Objective: To analyze whether the test results of different instruments in the same project are comparable. The accuracy and consistency of the 4 hemocytometer measurements were evaluated. Methods: The XE-2100 manufactured by SYSMEX Company in Japan was used as the target instrument, while the XE-5000, XN-2000 and BC-6800 manufactured by Shenzhen Mindray Co., Ltd. were used as experimental instruments. The quality control of four instruments was conducted once a day with medium and low standard blood cell control materials, and the precision of the instrument was evaluated continuously for 30 days. Eight samples were randomly selected every day for 5 days, and the white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT) and platelet (PLT) were calculated. The relative deviation between the experimental apparatus and the target apparatus was calculated and the comparability between the results was judged. Results The quality control statistics of the four instruments showed that the precision and stability were good, and the CVs were all less than 1 / 3CLIA’88. The comparison results showed that the relative deviations of the experimental instruments and the target instruments In line with the standard, within 1 / 2CLIA’88 total allowable error range, there is a good correlation between the test items, r are greater than 0.975. Conclusion: The results of four kinds of automatic hematology analyzers have good comparability.
