目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血脂变化的特点。方法:选择正常未孕妇女68例,正常孕妇120例,妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇208例,分别测定其血脂水平。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病组除高密度脂蛋白(HDL)外,其余各项指标均比对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);各组间HDL比较无统计学差异;与正常妊娠组比较,妊高征组血清脂蛋白(a)〔LP(a)〕水平明显增高,总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平亦增高(P<0.05),HDL水平无明显变化,载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)水平降低;随着病情加重,LP(a)、TC、TG、LDL、ApoB明显增加。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者存在血脂代谢异常,孕期应严密监测,积极防治妊高病,以保证良好的妊娠结局。 Objective: To investigate the characteristics of blood lipid changes in patients with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. Methods: Sixty-eight normal pregnant women, 120 normal pregnant women and 208 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were enrolled in this study. Their serum lipids were measured respectively. Results: In addition to high density lipoprotein (HDL), all the other indexes of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HDL between the two groups The levels of serum lipoprotein (a) [LP (a)] in pregnancy induced hypertension group were significantly higher than those in pregnancy group. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein B ApoB, ApoB, ApoB, ApoB, ApoB, ApoB and ApoB were higher than those of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant change in HDL level and ApoA1 level. Conclusion: There are abnormal blood lipid metabolism in patients with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. Pregnancy should be closely monitored to prevent and treat pregnancy-induced hypertension so as to ensure a good pregnancy outcome.
