靖州木洞杨梅,因产地而得名,是由各具优良性状的四个基本变种(乌梅、红梅、粉红梅、白梅)及十二栽培品种组成的杨梅良种群体,为湖南省靖州县享有一百多年盛誉的优良种质资源,素有江南第一梅的美称,1998年被评为湖南省优质小水果金奖。1.主要优良性状果大色鲜平均果重≥11.6g,最大果重≥28.78g;成熟的果实分别显现出紫红、鲜红、粉红和洁白的色泽。味道鲜美肉厚多汁(食部≥90%,出汁率≥60%),甜酸适度。
