钻孔灌注桩施工技术能够适用于不同的、复杂的地质环境,并且也能应用于不同的建筑工程,而且具有抗震性能较高,在施工过程中振动小,噪音低以及隐蔽性强等优点,但是同时也存在一些局限性。在房屋的建造过程中,实际应用钻孔灌注桩技术的难度较大,并且由于各地具有不同的地质条件,这也会对钻孔灌注桩施工技术的使用产生较大的影响。对此本文以中铁海峡大厦项目的建设为例,探讨了钻孔灌注桩施工技术的实际应用及其质量控制措施。

In this paper, the construction of the project of China Railway Straits Building is taken as an example to discuss the practical application of the construction technology of bored piles and its quality control measures.
