本文主要是对目前发展较为成熟和有较大发展前景的快速测定玉米种子纯度的方法,进行比较和评价。苗期标记性状在种子纯度检验上的优越性被深入研究;蛋白质电泳法因表达稳定、容易操作被广泛应用;SSR分子标记测定法随着分子标记技术的发展被不断完善;计算机智能识别技术测定种子纯度具有快速性和准确性,也具有非常大的应用潜力。未来玉米种子纯度鉴定的方法会向着更加直接、快速、准确的方向发展,以适应现代种子市场发展的要求。
This article mainly compares and evaluates the method of rapid determination of maize seed purity which is more mature and has more development prospects at present. The superiority of the seedling marker trait in seed purity test has been studied in depth. The protein electrophoresis method has been widely used because of its stable expression and easy manipulation. The SSR molecular marker assay has been continuously improved with the development of molecular marker technology. Seed purity with rapidity and accuracy, but also has a very large potential for application. The method of future purity identification of maize seeds will be more direct, rapid and accurate direction to adapt to the development of modern seed market requirements.
