目前,酒店业供大于求,尤其高档酒店供给相对过剩,消费者有了更多的选择,对服务质量提出了更高的要求,酒店业经营的出路就在于搞好特色服务,打造服务品牌。服务质量的提升仅靠科学管理和决策还远远不够,最终还得由全体员工共同努力,将企业的经营策略和理念转化为生产力,因此,人力资源开发成为酒店业最为关注的问题。
At present, the supply of the hotel industry is in excess of demand. In particular, the supply of high-end hotels is relatively surplus, consumers have more choices, and higher requirements are placed on the quality of service. The outlet of the hotel industry lies in the improvement of characteristic services and the creation of service brands. The improvement of service quality depends on scientific management and decision-making is still not enough. In the end, all employees must work together to transform the company’s business strategies and concepts into productivity. Therefore, human resources development has become the most concerned issue in the hotel industry.
