本文主要介绍了ＨＯＮＥＹＷＥＬＬＳ９０００分散控制系统（ＤＣＳ）在胜华炼油厂常减压装置和渣油超临界脱沥青装置上的开发应用情况，分析了ＤＣＳ系统的特点，并就其性能及其在两装置上的运行情况进行了说明。通过对ＤＣＳ控制和常规仪表控制的比较，认为ＤＣＳ系统在中小型炼油厂具有较大的推广价值。
This paper introduces the HONEYWELLS9000 distributed control system (DCS) in Shenghua Refinery plant vacuum residue and residue of the supercritical deasphalting device development and application of the situation, analysis of the DCS system features, and its performance and its two devices On the operation of the description. Through the DCS control and conventional instrument control comparison, that the DCS system in small and medium-sized refineries have a greater promotional value.
