近年来对蛋白酶体的结构及功能的研究有了长足的进展。26S蛋白酶体能降解变性的、异常的或短命的蛋白质,能降解转录因子、内膜蛋白和细胞周期蛋白等天然蛋白质,因而在转录水平的调节、蛋白质的降解、蛋白质稳定状态的调节、细胞程序性死亡、细胞周期的调控等方面有重要的作用。蛋白酶体还可以作为免疫原诱导免疫应答,参与寄生虫侵入宿主及对宿主造成损害的过程。蛋白酶体还与寄生虫在宿主细胞内的生长发育有密切关系。研究寄生虫体内的蛋白酶体,对预防寄生虫感染及寄生虫病的治疗有重要意义。本文就26S蛋白酶体的结构、功能及在部分寄生虫感染中的作用作一概述。

This article summarizes the structure, function and role of 26S proteasome in some parasitic infections.
