7个茶树品种无性系种子经N+离子注入诱变,M1代个别单株在叶面积、叶型、叶色、叶面隆起性及萌芽期、抗寒性等重要农艺性状上发生明显变异,说明N+离子注入对茶树种子有较为明显的诱变作用,在育种工作中可作为创造突变的一条重要途径。
Clonal seeds of 7 tea cultivars were mutagenized by N + ion implantation. Individual plants of M1 generation had obvious variation in important agronomic traits such as leaf area, leaf type, leaf color, leaf surface uplift, germination, cold resistance, etc. N + ion implantation of tea seeds have more obvious mutagenesis, breeding work can be used as an important way to create mutations.
