在当前职业教育中,一体化教学改革已成为全国职业院校教学改革的重点内容。通过一体化教学改革的方式来提高学校教学质量,培育高水平技能型人才已成为职业教育的共同目标。然而,受地域、师资、经济等不均衡因素的影响,目前中西部地区职业院校的一体化教改步伐明显落后于发达省市。同时,同条件下学校间的一体化教学改革的成效也存在差异。总体来看,职业教育的一体化改革进展和戍效都不尽如人意。本文以中西部地区职业院校为例,结合教改发展的现状,简要分析一体化教学改革,并提出应对的相关探索与思考。
In the current vocational education, integrated teaching reform has become the focus of teaching reform in vocational colleges. Through the integration of teaching reform to improve the quality of school teaching, cultivating high-level skilled personnel has become the common goal of vocational education. However, influenced by the imbalanced factors such as geography, teachers and economy, the current pace of integrated education reform in vocational schools in central and western regions lags behind that of developed provinces and cities. At the same time, there are differences in the effectiveness of the integrated teaching reform among schools under the same conditions. Overall, the progress of the integrated reform of vocational education and garrison efficiency are not satisfactory. Taking the vocational schools in the central and western regions as an example, this article briefly analyzes the integrated teaching reform based on the current situation of the development of the reform in education and puts forward the relevant exploration and reflection on the response.
