临床新技术具有相对先进性、技术创新性、临床实用性、应用可及性和伦理可行性5大特征。结合管理实践,建立了临床新技术评价体系并进行了实证研究,提出临床新技术评价应当把握导向性、激励性、实用性和综合性4项原则。
Clinical new technology has the characteristics of relative advanced, technical innovation, clinical practicality, application availability and ethical feasibility. Combining with the management practice, a new evaluation system of clinical new technologies was established and an empirical study was carried out. It was suggested that the evaluation of new clinical technologies should grasp the four guiding principles: motivation, practicality and comprehensiveness.
