本文通过对CDMA用户在拨打某证券公司的IVR证券交易委托电话系统时出现异常的案例分析，论述了移动通信网络BSC中DTMF的作用和对IVR系统造成的影响。结合实例．给出了关于IVR系统无法正常接收手机按键信息的分析过程和解决措施建议。
