研究了宜春钽铌精矿精选分离和锡回收的合理工艺流程及主要技术条件。在对宜春钽铌精矿进行成分和分选特性研究的基础上,采用湿式强磁选-重选-电选-浮选-冶炼联合工艺,获得了较好的分离指标。三种钽铌精矿产品都达到了高品位要求,同时综合回收了金属锡。研究结果为宜春钽铌精矿的深度加工和合理利用提供了可行的技术途径。
The reasonable technological process and main technical conditions for the selective separation and tin recovery of Yichun tantalum and niobium concentrates were studied. Based on the study of the composition and sorting characteristics of Yichun tantalum and niobium concentrates, the wet separation process of strong magnetic separation - re-election - electrowinning - flotation - smelting was adopted, and a better separation index was obtained. Three kinds of tantalum and niobium concentrates products have reached the high grade requirements, at the same time comprehensive recovery of metal tin. The results provide a feasible technical approach for the deep processing and rational utilization of Yichun tantalum-niobium concentrates.
