建设校企合作的会计实训基地是会计实践教学的一个环节,但由于会计专业自身的特点,在校企合作方面存在着很大困难。校企合作一定要在双方自愿互利的基础上进行,才能可持续发展。目前校企合作普遍存在“校热企不热”。文章以宁波职业技术学院会计专业为例,在实训基地及实训模式的建设方面进行较大的尝试:引企业入校,共建实训基地的做法进行探讨。
The construction of accounting training bases for the cooperation between schools and enterprises is a part of accounting practice teaching. However, due to the characteristics of the accounting profession, there are great difficulties in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The cooperation between schools and enterprises must be conducted on a voluntary and mutually beneficial basis so that sustainable development can be achieved. The current school-enterprise cooperation prevails “school heat enterprises not hot.” Taking the accounting major of Ningbo Polytechnic for example, this article makes a big attempt in the construction of practical training base and practical training mode: introducing enterprises to join schools and building training base together.
