目的检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病(CHD)患者血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)和降钙素原(PCT)水平,分析其相关性,探讨其临床意义。方法采集128例2型糖尿病患者(观察组)和32例正常志愿者(健康对照组)外周血,采用免疫投射比浊法检测Cys-C水平,双抗体夹心免疫化学发光法测定PCT水平。结果单纯T2DM(s T2DM)患者血清Cys-C和PCT水平显著高于健康对照组且T2DM合并CHD(T2DM-CHD)患者显著高于s T2DM患者(P<0.01);T2DM合并急性心肌梗死(T2DM-AMI)患者和T2DM合并不稳定型心绞痛(T2DM-UAP)患者血清Cys-C和PCT水平均显著高于T2DM合并陈旧性心肌梗死(T2DM-OMI)和T2DM合并稳定型心绞痛(T2DM-SAP)患者(P<0.001);T2DM-AMI患者Cys-C显著高于T2DM-UAP患者(P<0.001),但两者PCT水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2DM-OMI患者血清PCT水平显著高于T2DM-SAP患者(P<0.01),但两者Cys-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清Cys-C、PCT与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的病情相关,提示Cys-C与PCT在2型糖尿病合并冠心病的发病中可能起一定作用,监测Cys-C与PCT水平,对病情的监测和治疗具有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of cystatin C (Cys-C) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and coronary heart disease (CHD) Methods The peripheral blood of 128 type 2 diabetic patients (observation group) and 32 normal volunteers (healthy control group) were collected. Cys-C level was measured by immunoprecipitation turbidimetry and PCT level was measured by double antibody sandwich immunoassay. Results Serum levels of Cys-C and PCT were significantly higher in T2DM patients with T2DM (T2DM-CHD) than in T2DM patients (P <0.01). T2DM patients with acute myocardial infarction (T2DM -AMI) and T2DM-UAP patients were significantly higher than those of T2DM-T2 combined with stable angina (T2DM-SAP) (P <0.001). The level of Cys-C in patients with T2DM-AMI was significantly higher than that in patients with T2DM-UAP (P <0.001), but there was no significant difference in PCT level between the two groups (P> 0.05) (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of Cys-C (P> 0.05). Conclusion Serum Cys-C, PCT and type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with coronary heart disease, suggesting that Cys-C and PCT in type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease may play a role in monitoring the level of Cys-C and PCT monitoring of the disease Monitoring and treatment is instructive.
