维生素E对健康吉戎兔小肠中sIgA质量浓度的影响

试验探究日粮中添加不同水平的维生素E对正常健康吉戎兔小肠中分泌型免疫球蛋白(sIgA)质量浓度的影响,而小肠黏膜免疫水平以肠道内sIgA的质量浓度为主要指标。试验通过测定试验动物小肠内容物中sIgA的质量浓度来探究维生素E对吉戎兔小肠黏膜免疫的影响。试验兔断奶后在其日粮中分别添加0、20、40和60 mg/kg的维生素E,然后测定小肠中sIgA的质量浓度水平。结果表明:试验组维生素E对小肠中sIgA质量浓度的影响差异不显著,第2组sIgA的质量浓度较对照组有少量增加,3和4组与对照组sIgA质量浓度基本相同。结果表明:在日粮中添加适量维生素E能够提高健康吉戎兔小肠中sIgA的质量浓度,增强小肠黏膜免疫机能。吉戎兔维生素E的最适添加量为20 mg/kg。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin E supplementation on the mass concentration of secreted immunoglobulin (sIgA) in rabbit intestine. The intestinal mucosal immunity level was determined by the concentration of sIgA in intestine. Test By measuring the concentration of sIgA in the small intestine of test animals, the effect of vitamin E on mucosal immunity of small intestine in ji jong rabbit was investigated. Rabbits were weaned with diet supplemented with 0, 20, 40 and 60 mg / kg of vitamin E, respectively, and the sIgA concentration in the small intestine was measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the concentration of sIgA in the small intestine between the two groups. The concentration of sIgA in the second group was slightly increased compared with that in the control group. The concentrations of sIgA in the third and fourth groups were almost the same as the control group. The results showed that adding proper amount of vitamin E to the diet increased the concentration of sIgA in the small intestine of healthy ji jin rabbits and enhanced the intestinal mucosal immune function.
