Double pion production in nucleon-nucleon collisions is a fascinating platform for studying properties of resonances,however,theoretical study in this aspect is limited[1].Various isospin channels have been accurately measured at the facilities of CELSIUS and COSY in the past few years[2,3] and a full analysis is emergently called for.
