采用不同浓度的NdCl3营养液,对中国蕙兰进行根、叶表面喷施培养,分析了蕙兰根部线粒体抗氧化酶SOD、呼吸代谢酶COX活性及同工酶的变化,结果表明:营养液中NdCl3浓度分别为60、80、100 mg/L时,COX-5同工酶被激活,NdCl3浓度为60 mg/L时的COX活性最高;营养液中NdCl3浓度分别为80、100 mg/L时,SOD-6同工酶被激活,NdCl3浓度为80mg/L时的SOD活性最高。因此,营养液中NdCl3浓度在60~80 mg/L范围内存在一个理想的浓度指标。
Different concentrations of NdCl3 nutrient solution were applied to the root and leaf surface of Chinese Cymbidium sinensis. The changes of mitochondrial antioxidant enzyme SOD and COX activity and isozymes were analyzed. The results showed that: COX-5 isoenzymes were activated when NdCl3 concentrations were 60, 80 and 100 mg / L, respectively, and COX activity was highest when NdCl3 concentration was 60 mg / L; NdCl3 concentrations were 80 and 100 mg / L respectively , SOD-6 isozyme was activated, NdCl3 concentration of 80mg / L when SOD activity highest. Therefore, the nutrient solution NdCl3 concentration in the range of 60 ~ 80 mg / L there is an ideal concentration indicator.
