目的:制备熊果酸-PLGA纳米粒(UA-PLGANP),并考察制备过程中的主要影响因素。方法:采用单因素试验初选UA-PLGANP的制备条件,以包封率为评价指标,采用正交试验设计法确定最优处方。结果:实验制得的UA-PLGANP平均包封率为56.77%,平均粒径为99 nm,Zeta电位为78.5 m V。透射电镜结果显示UA-PLGANP呈球形且粒径均一。结论:UA-PLGANP的包封率较高,稳定性良好,优选的工艺方法适用于UA-PLGANP的制备。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare ursolic acid-PLGA nanoparticle (UA-PLGANP) and to investigate the main influencing factors during the preparation. Methods: The preparation conditions of UA-PLGANP were selected by single factor test. The entrapment efficiency was used as the evaluation index, and the optimal prescription was determined by orthogonal test design. Results: The average encapsulation efficiency of UA-PLGANP was 56.77%, the average particle size was 99 nm and the Zeta potential was 78.5 mV. Transmission electron microscopy showed that UA-PLGANP was spherical and uniform in size. Conclusion: The encapsulation efficiency of UA-PLGANP is high and the stability is good. The preferred method is suitable for the preparation of UA-PLGANP.
