成安县位于古黄河之滨,面积481.6万平方公里,人口35.1万,辖4镇5乡。党的十一届三中全会以来,该县先后被命名为全国农村自来水普及县、省初级卫生保健达标县、市“双缸漏斗式”厕所试点先进县。1996年开始,该县以《河北省卫生县城(镇)考核记分标准(试行)》(下称标准)为目标,开展了创建卫生县城活动(下称创建),取得了显著成绩。
Cheng'an County is located on the coast of the ancient Yellow River with an area of 4,816,000 square kilometers and a population of 351,000. It administrates 4 towns and 5 townships. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC, the county has successively been named the pilot counties for the popularization of tap water throughout the country, the provincial primary health care standard counties and the municipal “twin-hopper” toilets. Since 1996, the county has made remarkable achievements in creating health county activities (hereinafter referred to as the creation) with the goal of “scoring standards for health counties (towns) in Hebei Province (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as standards).
