目的了解巴彦淖尔市流动餐厅食品安全经营管理现状,探索切实可行的监督管理方式,规范流动餐厅经营秩序。方法按照《巴彦淖尔市农村牧区集体聚餐及流动餐厅宴席食品安全管理办法(试行)》(以下简称《办法》)的基本要求对辖区内219家流动餐厅进行现场调查,采用描述性研究方法对存在问题进行分析。结果流动餐厅流动性大,甚至跨管辖区经营,缺少监管法律依据,单纯的家庭作坊式的经营方式以及从业人员文化素质低、卫生意识差、法制观念淡薄等,使得流动餐厅存在许多安全隐患。结论明确流动餐厅监管办法,规范经营行为,提高食品安全意识,保证流动餐厅食品安全,保护消费者生命健康。
Objective To understand the current situation of food safety management in mobile restaurants in Bayannur, explore practical supervision and management methods, and regulate the order of mobile restaurants. Methods Based on the basic requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Banquet Food Safety in Rural Pastoral Areas in Bayannur Region (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), 219 mobile restaurants in the jurisdiction were investigated on site and the descriptive method was adopted There are problems for analysis. As a result, the floating restaurants have large liquidity and even operate across jurisdictions. The lack of regulatory legal basis, the simple family-run business practices, and the low cultural quality, poor hygiene awareness and weak legal concept make mobile restaurants have many potential safety problems. Conclusions Clearly regulate the supervision of mobile restaurants, regulate business practices, raise awareness of food safety, ensure food safety in mobile restaurants and protect the lives and health of consumers.
