由于棉子壳价格的上涨,菇农种菇的积极性受到了一定的影响。为此,我们利用本地丰富的酒糟、玉米芯、阔叶树木屑等资源,进行猴头菇栽培试验,现将结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法 (一)供试菌株 常山99,引自浙江常山微生物所。 (二)供试配方 ①棉子壳81%,麸皮15%,尿素1%,石膏2%,磷肥1%。②棉子壳82%,麸皮15%,石膏2%,磷肥1%。③棉子壳82%,麸皮11%,玉米粉4%,石膏2%,磷肥1%。④阔叶树木屑76%,麸皮15%,谷壳5%,石膏2%,磷肥1%,白糖1%。⑤杂木屑76%,麸皮15%,谷壳5%,石膏2%,磷肥1%,白糖1%。⑥玉米芯86%,麸皮11%,石膏2%,磷肥1%。⑦酒糟96%,石膏2%,磷肥1%,白糖1%。 (三)试验方法 选新鲜、干燥、无霉变的原料,其
