目的:评价甘草酸二铵脂质复合物泡腾颗粒剂对急性肝脏损害的保护作用。方法:小鼠腹腔注射四氯化碳复制急性肝脏损害模型,测定血清ALT、AST,并对肝脏进行病理学观察。结果:与甘草酸二铵胶囊相比,甘草酸二铵脂质复合物泡腾颗粒能较好的降低急性肝损小鼠的ALT水平(P<0.01);小鼠肝组织评分结果显示:脂质复合物泡腾颗粒能显著降低四氯化碳染毒肝脏组织的病理评分(P<0.01),而阳性药物组和模型组没有差异。结论:与甘草酸二铵胶囊相比,甘草酸二铵脂质复合物泡腾颗粒对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤具有更好的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the protective effect of effervescent tablet glycyrrhizic acid diammonium complex on acute liver damage. Methods: The mice were injected intraperitoneally with carbon tetrachloride to duplicate the model of acute liver injury. Serum ALT and AST levels were measured and pathological changes of the liver were observed. Results: Compared with diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules, effervescent tablets of diammonium glycyrrhizinate could decrease the ALT level in acute liver injury mice (P <0.01). The results of liver tissue of mice showed that lipid The effervescent granules of effervescent composites can significantly reduce the pathological score of liver tissue treated with carbon tetrachloride (P <0.01), while there is no difference between the positive drug group and the model group. CONCLUSION: Compared with diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules, effervescent particles of diammonium glycyrrhizinate lipid compound have a better protective effect on acute chemical liver injury in mice.
