目的:考察不同配比丹参与川芎药对配伍前后主要化学成分的变化情况。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对丹参和川芎的单味药水煎液及丹参川芎不同配伍比例的水煎液中丹酚酸B和阿魏酸的煎出率进行测定,并通过对比,分析不同配比对煎出量的影响。结果:丹酚酸B和阿魏酸的煎出率在单煎液与对药不同配比的合煎液中变化显著,不同配比的合煎液中阿魏酸的煎出率均明显高于川芎单煎液的提取率39.98%~60.73%;丹酚酸B的煎出率由低到高按丹参-川芎配比依次为1∶2<3∶4<1∶0<2∶1<3∶2<1∶1。结论:本实验为评价不同配比丹参与川芎对药临床应用的合理性提供依据,对进一步体内实验提供数据参考。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of main chemical components before and after the compatibility of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Chuanxiong. Methods: The decocting rates of salvianolic acid B and ferulic acid in decoction of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Chuanxiong by single herb and decoction of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Ligusticum were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The decoction rates of salvianolic acid B and ferulic acid were significantly different between single decoction and combined decoction of different proportions. The decocting rates of ferulic acid in different decoctions were significantly higher The extraction rate of Rhizoma Chuanxiong Decoction was 39.98% -60.73%; the extraction rate of salvianolic acid B was as low as 1: 2 <3: 4 <1: 0 <2: 1 < 3:2 <1: 1. Conclusion: This experiment provides a basis for evaluating the rationality of Danshen and Ligusticum chuanxiong to different clinical applications, and provides data reference for further in vivo experiments.
