目的了解某化工厂职业病危害现状,为制定相应防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测等方法,对该厂职业病危害现状进行分析评价。结果该企业生产中存在的职业病危害因素主要为抗氧化剂粉尘、乙腈、甲醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨和噪声,其中乙腈、甲醇和苯的检测合格率均仅33.3%,主要超标岗位为萃取反应和蒸馏岗位,噪声检测合格率为87.5%。结论该企业职业病危害因素未得到有效控制,应加强工程防护措施。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational disease hazards in a chemical plant and provide a scientific basis for formulating appropriate prevention and control measures. Methods Occupational health survey and other occupational hazards were used to analyze the status of occupational hazards in this factory. Results The main occupational hazards in the production of the enterprise were antioxidants dust, acetonitrile, methanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, ammonia and noise. The passing rates of acetonitrile, methanol and benzene were only 33.3% Extraction reaction and distillation positions, noise detection rate of 87.5%. Conclusion The occupational hazards of this enterprise have not been effectively controlled and engineering protection measures should be strengthened.
