本文从原理和系统实验论证了粗径SCOT玻璃毛细管柱与长光管FT-IR接口完全匹配。指出用尾吹量调节可使进入光管前后的色谱峰形一致,以克服光管死体积的影响。实测了各种涂料溶剂样品,获得了比填充柱GC/FT-IR联用分离度好、可测组分多和灵敏度高的结果。
In this paper, the principle and system experiments demonstrate that the large diameter SCOT glass capillary column and the long tube FT-IR interface exactly match. Pointed out that the end of the blow volume can be adjusted before and after entering the chromatographic peak shape consistent in order to overcome the dead volume of the light pipe. A variety of paint solvent samples were measured and the results were better than the packed column GC / FT-IR with good resolution, measurable components and high sensitivity.
