一、概述所谓反复加载断口是指机件经历了反复多次的应力循环(交变应力)或能量负荷作用之后所形成的断口,一般称为疲劳断口。机件的断裂90%左右是疲劳断裂,因此,如何识别疲劳断口,如何从疲劳断口上判明断裂的原因,以及提出防止疲劳断裂的措施,这对于机件的设计、制造、使用等方面有着极其重要的意义。我们这里仅讨论几种典型的疲劳断口,对于低周疲劳、腐蚀疲劳、热疲劳、高温疲劳等比较特殊的情况,则不予讨论。
