ER、PR、HER-2在乳腺癌中是指导治疗和判断预后的重要的生物学标志物。随着乳腺癌的病情进展，ER、PR、HER-2的表达在原发灶及转移灶中可能存在差异。目前临床医师已意识到对转移灶进行受体检测的必要性。该文结合目前的研究现状就上述问题进行综述。
