酶联免疫吸附试验是一种体外确定致敏原的方法,我们用此法对30例蒿属花粉引起的变应性鼻炎进行了检测,小结如下。 研究对象与方法 1.研究对象:具有典型花粉症症状,且蒿属花粉浸液皮内试验阳性患者30例(1例可疑阳性)。其中28例鼻粘膜蒿属花粉浸液激发试验亦阳性。30例中男17例、女13例。年龄18～53岁。病程2～48年。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is a method for the determination of allergens in vitro. We used this method to detect 30 allergic rhinitis caused by pollen of Artemisia. The summary is as follows. Subjects and Methods 1. Subjects: A typical hay fever symptoms, and Artemisia pollen extract intradermal test positive in 30 patients (1 suspicious positive). 28 cases of nasal mucosa pollen infusion test is also positive. There were 17 males and 13 females in 30 cases. Age 18 ~ 53 years old. Course of 2 to 48 years.
