目的观察延长后像及多色光闪烁时间综合治疗中重度弱视的疗效。方法随机将260例456眼中、重度弱视患儿分为两组。对照组按氦-氖激光眼科治疗仪说明进行治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上延长后像治疗1 min及多色光闪烁5 min。两组均20 d为1个疗程。氦-氖激光6个月内只做1个疗程,间隔期继续光刷、后像、多色光闪烁治疗。结果实验组中度弱视3个月、6个月、12个月基本治愈率与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);重度弱视12个月基本治愈率与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论延长后像及多色光闪烁时间的综合治疗方法能提高中、重度弱视的治愈率及有效率。
Objective To observe the effect of prolonged image and multi-color light scintillation time on moderate and severe amblyopia. Methods 260 cases of 456 eyes, severe amblyopia were divided into two groups. The control group was treated according to the instruction of He-Ne laser ophthalmic therapeutic apparatus. The experimental group was treated with the control group for 1 min and the multi-color light scintillation for 5 min. Both groups were 20 days for a course of treatment. He-Ne laser only 6 months to do a course of treatment, light brush to continue after the interval, after the image, multi-color light flashing treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the average cure rate of moderate amblyopia in experimental group at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months was significantly different (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the basic cure rate of severe amblyopia was Significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The extended treatment of multi-color light scintillation and time after imaging can improve the cure rate and efficiency of moderate and severe amblyopia.
