目的探讨PBL教学法与传统教学法在增强卫生信息管理学教学效果中的差异。方法在实验班使用PBL教学法进行教学,在对照班使用传统教学法进行教学,通过期末测试比较实验班与对照班的教学效果。结果对照班的平均成绩低于实验班(P<0.01),成绩优秀率和及格率也低于实验班(P<0.01)。两班最高分与最低分比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在卫生信息管理学教学中使用PBL教学法,可以明显提高学生的学习成绩。
Objective To explore the differences between the PBL teaching method and the traditional teaching method in enhancing the teaching effect of health information management. Methods PBL teaching method was used in the experimental class, the traditional teaching method was used in the control class, and the teaching effects of the experimental class and the control class were compared by the end of term test. Results The average grade of the control group was lower than that of the experimental class (P <0.01). The excellent grade and pass rate of the control group were also lower than those of the experimental class (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two highest and lowest scores (P> 0.05). Conclusions The PBL teaching method used in the teaching of health information management can significantly improve students’ academic performance.
