葡萄霜霉病是由单轴霉属葡萄生单轴霉侵染所致的一种专性寄生病害,该病防治十分困难,目前尚无有效的药剂特别是生物菌剂进行防治。为了寻求一种有效的新的防治葡萄霜霉病的生物菌剂,首次使用新型生物菌剂——皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌对葡萄霜霉病进行防治试验,采用喷雾、灌根以及喷雾+灌根3种处理方法。结果表明,皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌对葡萄霜霉病的防治效果为83.65%~93.50%,最佳处理方法为喷雾+灌根,处理后还可有效改善葡萄品质,单粒重、可溶性固形物含量以及维生素C含量均得到明显提升,并且叶面、果面和根系周围土壤的有益微生物菌落数明显增加。
Grape downy mildew is a kind of parasitic disease caused by the infection of Plasmopara viticola, which is very difficult to prevent and control. At present, no effective medicament, especially biological fungicide, is available for prevention and treatment. In order to find out an effective new biological fungicide against grape downy mildew, the first use of a new biological fungus, Bacillus pylori, was used to control grape downy mildew. Spray, root and spray + Root three kinds of processing methods. The results showed that the control effect of Bacillus cereus on grape downy mildew was 83.65% ~ 93.50%. The best treatment was spray + irrigation, which could effectively improve the quality of grape, single grain weight, soluble solids Content and vitamin C content were significantly improved, and the foliage, fruit and soil around the root canal beneficial microorganisms significantly increased the number of colonies.
